A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.
The Facilities Manager supports the leadership team in leading the daily operations of the property. You will work closely with the front office, marketing, and the kitchen staff to work together with efficiency, accountability, and genuine hospitality. You will help drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, owner confidence, quality service, safety, cleanliness, and financial results. You will serve as a trusted leader on property—coaching your team members, solving problems, communicating openly, and stepping in wherever needed to support the operation.
Responsibilities:
Supervise our facility across departments to ensure service, cleanliness, safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. Responsible for backend inventory Drive Deliveries Manage delivery drivers and ensure deliveries get out on time Partner with the Office manager and owner on budgets, expenses, inventory, marketing plans, property goals, and operational priorities. Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships to ensure the property has the right resources, supplies, and support. Coordinate maintenance needs, equipment issues, renovations, and special projects with urgency and care. Inspect the property regularly and uphold health, safety, sanitation, and brand standards. Promote accident prevention, remedy unsafe conditions immediately, and help protect the property's team members, guests, and assets. Collaborate with suppliers, leads, event planners, and other external contacts as needed. Jump in wherever needed, including errands, cross-department support, training, and other duties that help the Foodwerx succeed. Organize and pack out everything for the weekends.

Strong written communication and literacy skills for reports, procedures, policies, and operational communication. A detail-oriented mindset and a willingness to support the team wherever needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the property for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items as needed to support operations. Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Ability to respond quickly and professionally to team members and operational needs in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call needs as required by the business. Ability to drive our company vehicles.
