Job Description

Description Permanent position for a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and infrastructure operations at a multi-building advanced manufacturing campus. Supervise, train and develop a team of maintenance technicians and skilled trades. Direct preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings, grounds, plant equipment and utilities. Plan and execute capital and facility improvement projects; responsible for budgets, schedules, contractors and vendors. Monitor critical infrastructure and drive improvements in safety, reliability, energy efficiency and sustainability. Support building management, security and environmental monitoring systems. Develop and maintain facility documentation, procedures, specifications and work instructions. Report facility priorities, risks and project status to site leadership. Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, building codes and standards. Requirements AS or BS in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management or related technical field. Minimum 5 years of facilities or maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising maintenance technicians or skilled trades. Experience with mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems in industrial facilities. Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and facility capital projects, including budget and contractor management. Ability to write technical specifications, work instructions and facility documentation. Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and applicable building codes. Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel). Experience with process gas or chemical distribution systems a plus. CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar) a plus. #ERGx
