Job Description

Facilities Manager The Present Day Club, an historic private social club in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. This position combines janitorial and housekeeping duties with and light maintenance responsibilities. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and genuinely enjoys providing exceptional service to members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Deep clean and maintain all areas of the clubhouse, including restrooms, dining rooms, kitchen spaces, offices, and common areas. Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and sanitize throughout the building. Maintain outdoor entrances, patios, and common areas. Set up and break down rooms for luncheons, meetings, and private events. Monitor and restock supplies throughout the clubhouse. Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, assembling furniture, and minor repairs. Maintain storage and utility areas in a clean and organized manner. Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial and housekeeping experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to stand, bend, and move comfortably for extended periods. Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
