Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Full Time | No evenings | No weekends Help Maintain a Safe and Supportive Environment Social Clubhouse is seeking a dependable and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to oversee facility operations, maintenance, and safety for our adult mental health partial care program. This role is essential to ensuring our building remains safe, functional, and welcoming for both staff and members. You will work closely with program leadership while supporting daily operations, maintenance needs, and site safety. About Social Clubhouse Social Clubhouse provides structured day services for adults living with mental health conditions, with a focus on recovery, stability, and community integration. What You Will Do Facility Maintenance and Operations Perform routine building inspections and preventative maintenance Monitor building systems including utilities, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers Troubleshoot and respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner Maintain logs for cleaning, inspections, and fire drills Ensure compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations Read and follow manuals, instructions, and basic facility documentation Safety and Site Oversight Conduct daily walkthroughs of the building and grounds Help maintain a safe and secure environment for staff and members Monitor building activity and report concerns to leadership Support staff with de-escalation and redirection of disruptive behaviors when needed Communicate relevant observations to Case Managers and leadership team Team Coordination and Support Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks Lead regular team check-ins to support communication and workflow Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Respond to facility-related requests from staff in a timely manner What We Are Looking For At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance, facilities, or operations Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, climbing) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized

Preferred:

Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or community-based programs Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
