The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards and legal requirements, manage facility modifications, and coordinate with various stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of property management. This role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare compliance and building operations. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities ensuring all health regulations are met. Manage maintenance and repair of facilities systems to ensure operational effectiveness. Coordinate facility planning and space allocation, including layouts and floor plans. Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff. Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers. Ensure all compliance documents and safety standards are updated and adhered to.
