- Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Ensuring all projects are of the highest quality and meet completion time set.
- develops project plans, coordinates projects, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time, manages Contractors and Vendors activities on the jobsite. Interpersonal skills
- solves conflict, maintains confidentiality, listens and remains open to other's ideas and tries new things Oral/Written communication
- speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations, listens to ensure clarification if needed Team work
