You will manage building systems, vendors, maintenance programs, and budget performance to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant facilities. Responsibilities include leading on-site staff, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, supporting capital projects, and ensuring safety and sustainability standards. You will partner with clients to optimize building performance, analyze operational data, implement process improvements, and support technology-enabled facility management solutions across assigned properties.
