Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team for the scheduling of maintenance items, inventory management, overseeing contract labor, manage employees, research and management of projects and other related duties as needed. •CH #Ch #LI-MM1 Responsible for all personnel related functions for maintenance employees including, but not limited to, hiring, firing, and performance appraisals Performs Preventative and/or project maintenance planning Supervision of all maintenance employees and shifts Oversee contractors Inventory management Research and manage projects Acts as an assistant to higher-level maintenance personnel on larger, more complex maintenance activities Ensures that work meets all applicable Health and Safety Standard and Operating Procedures Other duties as assigned
