This position oversees all on-site contractors working for Facilities. Daily task include coordinating trade labor for preventative/corrective maintenance activities, addressing daily construction challenges, conducting routine inspections to verify adherence to plans and specifications, monitoring project timelines and budgets, contractor onboarding, reviewing or providing safety paperwork, closing completed work orders through CMMS, and assisting in invoice reviews.
