Role:
The Facilities Technician (FT) provides the daily care and focused attention necessary to maintain a clean, efficient, and operational environment within the facility. FT will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on the cultivation facility and machinery as directed by the on-duty supervisor. FT will provide meaningful feedback to leadership to ensure maintenance is real time, strategic, and executed seamlessly within the operation. FT will interact with vendors and contractors to ensure all jobs leverage the appropriate level of expertise. How youll make a difference:
Responsible for daily sanitation procedures including bathrooms, hallways, break areas, and anything inside/outside of the facility. Restocks all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), trash, and restroom supplies throughout the building daily. Perform minor repairs of all buildings and equipment with minimal supervision including but not limited to grow lights, fans, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. Perform major repairs at the direction and under the supervision of the Facilities Manager.
