Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a part-time Production/Facility Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the production and smooth flow of inventory. Depending on candidate availability, this energetic position involves assisting in the brewing process, handling inventory, and performing minor facility maintenance. Your contribution will help us meet customer demands promptly while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity to join an exciting team. Responsibilities Want to learn to brew, then this is for you. Be prepared to lift heavy bags of malt, to move large barrels of spent grain, and to spend a lot of time cleaning. Finally, you've got to be able to help out wherever else you're needed - promotional events, yard work, taproom cleaning, you name it. This job requires standing for the entire shift, consistent/regular availability, and the ability to lift up to a half keg (160 pounds). Experience Previous experience working in a brewery is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail to maintain precise inventory records and documentation Join us in delivering excellence to our valued customer base! Pay:
