Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of registered professional nursing
Preferred:
BSN
License:
New York State Registered Professional Nurse Licensure
Experience:
Minimum one year of nursing experience (preferred experience in long-term care and/or supervisory roles) New Grad RNs with previous LPN experience in LTC, may be considered for an RN Supervisor Position.

Strong ability to collaborate with medical staff, department managers, ancillary services, and customers in a professional manner Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) Proven ability to remain calm and manage stressful situations with professionalism Skilled in clinical management, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and fostering teamwork Familiarity with NYSDOH requirements Strong organizational and analytical abilities Computer literate
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing - LTC, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing units and provide clinical supervision to employees, either personally or through subordinates. Salary Range:
$42.07-47.65 per hour, based on experience. FLH123
