Your role The Facilities Technician III is responsible for ensuring that we have a safe, clean, and functional environment to work in for all staff and activities that are based there. They maintain cleanliness and the maintenance of the facility, workspaces, equipment and assist in the security.

Main Responsiblities:

To ensure corporate safety standards are incorporated into current working practice

Respond to requests from building managers to conduct various maintenance.

Continuous awareness of the site requirements, status, maintenance, and utilities

Support operations, engineering, and facility projects as needed to maintain, improve, and introduce new processes and equipment

Perform routine preventive maintenance of production and non-production equipment, corrective maintenance work and assisting with the installation of new equipment

Timely and appropriate reaction to break-downs, repairs, and changing needs of the business

Cost awareness and improvements in the fields of interest for site operation

Ensure all maintenance and project work is carried out to defined safety standards

Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubrication, alignments, equipment inspections, mechanical inspections of production equipment

Ability to interact with other craft disciplines to complete daily assignments

Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints, and technical terms

Supporting engineering projects for the installation of new equipment

Troubleshooting simple process equipment and utilities

Respond to building alarms and take appropriate action

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

High school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus

5 years experience in a similar role

Intermediate knowledge of HVAC refrigeration with Building Management systems, and Electrical Systems

Use of measuring tools, hand tools, lathes, drills, and associated shop equipment

Ability to work independently

Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required

Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in home country language, a basic command of written and spoken English required In return, we offer Culture of trust and accountability

Salary:
