Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings. About theRole:
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide administrative support and project coordination to the Facilities team.Responsibilities include:
o Check work orders in SharePoint daily and assign work orders to specific team members o Document follow up of work orders in SharePoint, i.e. date expected to be completed, reason for delay, date completed, etc. o Maintain electronic files for fire drills, and fire and sprinkler inspections for all Agency buildings and IRAs o In collaboration with the Director of Facilities, ensure that all routine tasks are performed and documented within established time frames o Review correspondence, and handle preparation of correspondence/mailing o Collaborate with Finance and program management to monitor the completion of vehicle inspections, registrations, etc. within established time frames o Arrange for vehicle repairs, as requested by Director, Facilities o Maintain and track all documentation related to EMODs o Provide coverage for reception, as assigned o Perform Other Duties as Assigned Education & Experience High school/GED required; Associate degree, preferred. Must have Word processing, Excel and database management skills. Conditions of Employment Must have a valid NYS driver's license in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving policy and transportation necessary to meet program needs.
