Job Description

A global manufacturer seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support construction projects, facility maintenance, and daily site operations. This role coordinates contractors, manages facility services, and works closely with project managers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to operations. Responsibilities Coordinate construction, maintenance, and facility improvement projects with contractors, engineers, project managers, and internal departments Manage contractor activities, including safety orientations, work coordination, utility locating, fire system monitoring, material sourcing, and issue resolution Coordinate preventive maintenance, work orders, roof and door repairs, fire hydrant maintenance, meter readings, and other facility services Monitor site infrastructure, landscaping, snow removal, drainage systems, and erosion control activities Oversee waste management, recycling, surplus material disposal, and contracted waste removal services Coordinate maintenance of facility vehicles, cranes, heavy equipment, and other site assets Support material handling, logistics, access control, equipment installations, and facility improvement projects Assist with special projects involving utilities, piping, rigging, grading, sheet metal work, and other operational initiatives Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical training, trade school, or an associate degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering technology, or a related field preferred 1-3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction coordination, industrial operations, or project support Experience working with contractors, maintenance vendors, and cross-functional teams Knowledge of construction practices, facility maintenance, and contractor management Understanding of industrial safety requirements and contractor safety programs Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and maintenance documentation Working knowledge of waste management, site infrastructure, and equipment maintenance Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with contractors and internal departments Key Resource Group, LLC considers applicants for all positions without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, citizenship, veteran status, gender expression and/or identity, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local laws. Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
