In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers to load, unload, and move goods safely within the warehouse. Support shipping logistics by coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Conduct data entry tasks related to order processing, shipping & receiving logs, and inventory updates using ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packing materials, and ensuring proper storage of goods in accordance with safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall warehouse operations for maximum efficiency. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools. Strong basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers safely. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for order picking & packing, shipping & receiving documentation, and stock management. Good communication skills to support customer service efforts internally and externally. Knowledge of international trade regulations or trade compliance is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
