We are currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Assistant Facility Manager to join our team at our Bucyrus, OH facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in livestock , excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to effectively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. This position will also provide an opportunity to support facility operations and work closely with customers, producers, and team members.

Requirements:

2 years of prior experience working with livestock (cattle, hogs, sheep) 2 years in a customer relations position , such as sales or customer service Prior leadership experience is preferred
