Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Own the electrical power chain — medium-voltage distribution, transformers, UPS, energy storage, and busway — for the campus. What you'll do: Own electrical maintenance programs, testing, and switching operations Lead electrical technicians and coordinate with chief engineers Own arc-flash, LOTO, and electrical safety program with EHS Support commissioning and acceptance of new electrical capacity Manage electrical service vendors and OEM relationships What you'll bring: 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
