$56,000-$84,000/year What You'll Do Plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities and facility projects Manage work orders end-to-end using SAP (including SAP Fiori / Plant Maintenance) Maintain accurate equipment records and maintenance history in

CMMS/ERP

systems Author and maintain documentation including work instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance plans Serve as liaison between Facilities, Operations, and external contractors/vendors Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans Support RFQs, vendor selection, and contractor coordination Track and report KPIs including maintenance metrics, downtime trends, and costs Assist with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts What You'll Bring Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience 4+ years in facilities, maintenance planning, project coordination, or similar SAP experience strongly preferred; strong Microsoft Office and

CMMS/ERP

proficiency Ability to balance planned, reactive, and project work with minimal supervision Strong communicator — comfortable working across technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces Ready to Apply?
