They provide direct management of facility employees and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet facility goals and objectives. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #4311, located at: 9203 Sutton Place, Hamilton, OH 45011. Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations or have completed a

Have at least two (2) years of work experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising others, or leading teams Have at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook) Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products Have work experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management ("CRM") systems Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities #SHWOps
