General information Country USA State Ohio City Cincinnati Descriptions & requirements About the role: As the Real Estate & Facilities (REF) Coordinator for TQL, your primary role is to work with internal leadership, external vendors, and internal REF team members to coordinate daily office operational needs. What's in it for you: Compensation starting at $17.50 to $19.50/hour Advancement opportunities with structured career paths Company-paid travel with flex time On-going skill development Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more Certified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace award wins What you'll be doing: Create and maintain work orders in our facilities internal management system Work with executive leadership, property management, repair vendors and internal Facilities team members to coordinate resources and schedule maintenance/repair operations for all TQL offices nationwide Effectively communicate relevant operations and/or project information to the Satellite Operations Manager, REF Director and other project stakeholders Assist in preparation and maintenance of REF departmental documentation, including but not limited to process/project-related procedures, Safety and Security policies, Incident Management and Business Continuity plans, etc. Provide incident support to minimize business interruptions (e.g. inclement weather, power outages, building inaccessibility, service disruptions, etc.) What you need: Available to work Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm 1+ year customer service experience required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Understanding of facilities-type operations in an office environment is a plus Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency in providing support Capable of working independently with minimal managerial supervision Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
