Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Night Shift-Warehouse Office Clerk to join their team. As a Night Shift-Warehouse Office Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting inventory management and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Night Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
- What's the Job?
- + Support overnight warehouse operations through administrative tasks and data entry + Communicate route audit findings and update customer routing checklists + Create and generate route maps as needed for operational efficiency + Review and communicate shift updates, operational reports, and performance metrics + Assist with documentation, invoice processing, and administrative support tasks
- What's Needed?
- + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams + Strong computer and data entry skills with high accuracy + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively + Effective verbal and written communication skills
