HACCP/FSMA
program Able to work independently and work efficiently with little or no supervision Ability to research and interpret trends and potential compliance risks. Ability to collect, analyze and present facts in written and oral communication Understand statistical process control (SPC) concepts and tools Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong technical expertise in food safety, regulatory compliance, USDA, FDA, HACCP/FSMA, SQF and GMPs Preferred FMSA certified Commitment toFood Safety:
Biery Cheese will continuously train our team members in food safety, food quality and maintaining regulatory requirements. Biery Cheese team members will be encouraged to improve their work process to produce/ packaged at the highest quality under the guides of food safety and quality. Our team members are to conduct themselves appropriately while at Biery Cheese and manage the production area in a safe manner to avoid injury to themselves or co-workers.Work Environment:
The work environment involves moderate risks or discomforts which may require special safety precautions working around moving machines in production facilities, protective clothing or gear such as goggles, gloves and shoes may be required. May be able to work in a cold environment.Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Ability to work in multiple areas of the plant and may be exposed to wet and humid conditions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to use distant and peripheral vision, identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus. May work near moving mechanical parts, high and/or confining places.Pay:
