Dietary Manager

Pataskala Oaks Care Center is looking for and enthusiastic and energizing individual to maintain and operate our kitchen department. Preferable prior kitchen management experience in a long-term care facility. This individual must have their Certified Dietary Manager Certification Ohio Manager Certification in Food Protection (OMCFP) and Serve Safe Certification. The individual would be responsible for ordering supplies and dietary needs for the facility. Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen and managing your staff in an efficient manner. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday but must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed, and a rotating manager-on-duty schedule.
