This vital role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate seamlessly to provide a safe and conducive learning environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to facilities management. Duties Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and high-voltage equipment Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards Conduct troubleshooting for complex mechanical or electrical issues using diagnostic tools and partnering with 3rd party vendors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections and training staff on safety protocols Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or renovations using project management best practices Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance efforts Experience Knowledge of mechanical systems repair including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and maintenance procedures Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities management in a school setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite for reporting, documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes Prior experience managing facilities maintenance Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff, vendors, contractors, and emergency responders Join us as a School Facilities Manager to ensure our campus remains a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for students and staff alike.
Pay:
