Job Summary Generations Behavioral Health is expanding and is seeking a Facility Manager for its new 76 bed hospital in Youngstown. Qualifications :

Associate Degree in related fields or two-year technical / trade certification preferred. Management experience preferred Intermediate computer skills including electronic mail, Microsoft Word, and spreadsheets. Understanding of the regulatory standards of Joint Commission, Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and Federal Regulatory standards of CMS.

standards Knowledge of basic construction to include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Knowledge of Life Safety, Emergency Management, Utility Management, Fire Safety, Medical Equipment, Safety and Security. Ensures that the department meets all licensing and accreditation standards and laws. Develops, implements, and evaluates a system of work orders which are completed in a timely manner. Conducts safety, fire drills, and code drill within schedule of meet accreditation standards. Responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure the facility is safe and well-functioning. Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) Oversee equipment and utility contracts.
