Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility infrastructure projects, repairs, renovations, and capital improvement initiatives. Partner with Finance to develop and manage operating budgets, maintenance budgets, utility programs, and capital expenditure plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, asset preservation, preventive maintenance compliance, and operational productivity. Monitor facility performance metrics, maintenance KPIs, work order completion rates, and asset condition assessments to support long-term facility planning. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA standards, environmental requirements, building codes, and life safety regulations. Oversee emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and incident response procedures related to facility operations and critical infrastructure. Support event operations by coordinating facility resources, maintenance activities, vendors, and technical support teams to ensure successful event execution. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners while maintaining high standards of customer service and facility presentation. Maintain compliance with Aramark safety policies, operational procedures, and Business Conduct standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, Engineering Management, or Property Operations leadership. Experience managing commercial building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, mechanical, and building automation systems. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs, asset management practices, and facility operational best practices. Proven experience overseeing Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Grounds, Custodial, and Building Engineering functions. Demonstrated experience managing facility operating budgets, capital improvement projects, and maintenance planning initiatives. Experience managing third-party contractors, service providers, and construction or renovation projects.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and building infrastructure systems. Experience supporting facilities with advanced technology, audiovisual systems, and integrated building systems is preferred. Sports, Entertainment, Convention Center, Stadium, Arena, or other large public venue experience is strongly preferred. Licensed Master Electrician, Plumbing License, HVAC Certification, Facilities Management Professional (FMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or other trade certifications preferred. Must be available to support facility operations and events, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency call situations as business needs require.
