Position Overview:
Join the Facilities Maintenance Team at Mt. Hood Meadows and help keep our mountain operations running smoothly! As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll take on a variety of hands-on technical tasks that support the daily operations of our resort — from maintaining equipment and systems to assisting with electrical, water, and sewer operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor environment and enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a team that keeps our mountain home safe, functional, and beautiful for both guests and team members. You'll gain exposure to diverse systems and equipment; including HVAC, plumbing, boilers, air compressors, and more, while contributing to a culture of safety, sustainability, and teamwork. Whether you're full-time or seasonal, this position offers a chance to grow your technical skills, work with experienced professionals, and play an essential role in supporting the resort experience that our guests love. This is a full-time, Seasonal Position Qualifications & Experience Must be 19 years of age or older for insurance purposes Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles Availability to work weekends and holidays during the winter season High school diploma or equivalent Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Desire to continually increase knowledge, certification, skills and training Preferred Qualifications & Experience Trade Construction experience

Wage:
$20.99 - $24.67 per hour
