To Be Determined Job Description Silver Falls School District is seeking a collaborative and experienced leader to serve as our Director of Facilities. This position plays an essential role in ensuring our schools and district facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for students, staff, and the community. In this role, you'll oversee district maintenance and custodial operations, coordinate preventive maintenance and repair projects, support facility safety and compliance programs, and work closely with administrators, staff, contractors, and community partners to maintain high-quality learning environments across the district. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in facility or maintenance operations, and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and excellent service. Qualifications include: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Oregon Driver's License Experience supervising maintenance, custodial, or skilled trade staff preferred Experience in school facility management, maintenance, or related fields preferred Ability to obtain required district licenses, certifications, and bonding Knowledge of building systems, maintenance operations, safety practices, and applicable regulations preferred If you're committed to supporting students and staff by helping maintain safe and efficient schools, we'd love to have you join our team!
