Facilities Coordinator Maidencreek Plaza Company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance and operation of company facilities. This is a hands-on coordination role that combines facility inspections, maintenance and work-order coordination, vendor management, documentation, and project support. The Facilities Coordinator will regularly work throughout company properties to identify facility needs, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance, follow up with contractors and service providers, and help ensure work is completed safely and effectively. What You'll Do Coordinate day-to-day facility maintenance and repair activities. Manage work orders and follow maintenance requests through completion. Conduct facility and site inspections to identify maintenance needs and follow up on corrective actions. Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers. Support preventive maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, and facility systems. Maintain facility records, service contracts, permits, work-order documentation, and related records. Communicate with employees, vendors, and internal teams regarding facility needs, schedules, and project updates. Monitor facility-related expenses and assist with budget tracking. Coordinate office moves, furniture installations, workspace changes, and other facility needs. Support environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Assist with facility emergencies and coordinate appropriate resources for resolution. Support capital improvement, renovation, and relocation projects as assigned. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, maintenance coordination, building operations, or a related role. Associate degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience . Practical understanding of building maintenance and the ability to identify facility needs during site inspections. Strong organizational, follow-up, and project coordination skills. Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, maintenance activities, and multiple service requests simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Ability to travel between company locations as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or facility work-order system. Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance practices, and vendor management. Experience supporting commercial, residential, industrial, distribution, or similar facilities. Experience with AutoCAD or the ability to read and work with facility drawings or layouts. Facilities Management certification or related professional designation. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly walk facilities and conduct site inspections. Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to travel between company locations as needed. Interested?
