Job DescriptionResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

Learn and perform new duties with minimal guidanceAssist with projects and respond to emergent repairs.

Perform routine and non-routine duties independentlyDiagnose problems and suggest possible solutionsUnderstand technical knowledge or skills not easily or quickly learned on the jobUse power tools to complete tasks and projectsComplete and/or assist with carpentry projectsMaintain inventory of suppliesMaintain outside groundsGive general assistance to supervisorCommunicates effectively with client staff membersConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerMajority of time spent on various construction, drywall, and carpentry projectsWorking independently and in a team environment on internal construction projects of various size and scopePerforms other duties as assigned

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

 High school diploma Minimum of one year of experience in general maintenance Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-3 p.m., with overtime as needed.
