What You'll Do as RN Unit Manager Serve as the RN Unit Manager for an assigned nursing unit and oversee day-to-day clinical operations Lead, supervise, coach, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Monitor resident care, clinical documentation, care plans, and outcomes Ensure nursing practices remain consistent with state and federal regulations and facility policies Respond to staffing concerns, scheduling needs, and unit coverage issues Communicate changes in resident condition and clinical concerns to the appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team Participate in care conferences, clinical audits, quality initiatives, and survey preparation Promote teamwork, accountability, communication, and professional development among nursing staff Partner with nursing leadership to identify opportunities for improving resident care and unit performance Help foster a positive culture where staff feel supported, respected, and equipped to provide excellent care Why Join Us as an RN Unit Manager?
