Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Manager to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our clients' facilities. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are well-maintained and meet cleanliness standards. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the overall experience of our employees and clients. This role presents the opportunity for advancement in a rapidly growing company.Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of custodial staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or improvement
- Oversee floor care, including buffing, waxing, and carpet cleaning
- Coordinate with vendors for the supply of cleaning materials and equipment
- Train new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for cleaning supplies as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- No previous industry experience required although recommended
- Fluent speaker in both English and Spanish strongly preferred but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.00- $57,000.
