A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
- Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, schedule, and budget, including site feasibility and land use planning.
- Program & Team Leadership Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Cost Management Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Schedule Management Develop and manage schedules, monitor progress, and resolve variances.
- Stakeholder Communication Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership, project teams, and internal customers.
- Quality & Compliance Ensure construction meets design intent, quality standards, and code requirements.
- Contract & Procurement Management Manage contracts and support procurement of contractors, vendors, and long-lead equipment.
- Risk & Issue Management Identify risks, remove obstacles, and lead teams to resolve complex challenges.
- Reporting & Analytics Deliver project status, financial reporting, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes aligned with business strategy.
- Change Management & Closeout Manage project changes and ensure proper project closeout.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's with 10+ years; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of project or program management experienceDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills ## Preferred qualifications
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
