About the
Role:
Join CBRE as a Facilities Coordinator supporting a leading national insurance organization that serves millions of customers across the United States. In this role, you will help deliver a best-in-class workplace experience at a large corporate campus in Poway, CA, while also providing remote support to three additional locations. Working closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced service partners, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient facility operations, coordinating vendors, supporting workplace events, and ensuring a safe, productive environment for employees. This is a fully onsite position with no travel required.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations for a two-story corporate office campus supporting approximately 800-1,000 employees. Receive, track, and manage facility work orders, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders. Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while monitoring service delivery and performance. Support workplace events by assisting with room setups, furniture arrangements, and logistical coordination. Create and manage purchase orders, process related documentation, and maintain accurate facility records. Run operational reports and provide updates on work order status, vendor performance, and facility activities. Partner with landlords, vendors, and internal clients to ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and reporting requirements. Support facility operations across three additional locations remotely, helping ensure a consistent workplace experience across the portfolio.
