Coordinating vendors and service providers by sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and monitoring performance against established agreements.
Administering work order systems, maintenance dashboards, reporting tools, and facility records to support daily operations.
Prioritizing maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of facility issues to maintain safe, professional, and productive environments.
Supporting facility-related financial activities, including purchase orders, invoicing, budget tracking, and cost center allocation.
Leading small facility improvement projects from planning through execution and closeout.
Conducting site assessments and maintaining facility documentation, building system drawings, asset records, and contractor compliance requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.3+ years of facilities, building operations, maintenance, construction, or related experience.
Knowledge of building systems and the technical aspects of facility operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and business partners.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Qualified applicants mustbe authorized towork in the United States on a full-time basis. Desired Skills and Experience Experience managing facility improvement, renovation, or maintenance projects from planning through execution.
Experience developing and maintaining strong partnerships with vendors, contractors, procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Knowledge of asset management principles, lifecycle cost analysis, and preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.
Proficiency with facility-related technologies and systems, including CMMS platforms, work order systems, Building Management Systems, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while supporting a positive customer and employee experience.
