Job Description

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) At Pine Rest, you'll use your behavioral expertise to help individuals build skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful progress. You'll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, developing individualized interventions, supporting caregivers and staff, and using behavioral data to guide care. What You'll Do Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior plans. Develop programming focused on skill development, independence, and positive outcomes. Provide coaching and training to staff, caregivers, and support teams. Monitor behavioral interventions and use data to evaluate progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support quality patient care. Promote dignity, inclusion, and meaningful progress for the individuals we serve. What You'll Need Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Two years of experience as a behavior analyst or related experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business software. Why Pine Rest?
