What You'll Do As a Facilities Specialist , you'll play a vital role in supporting the operations and maintaining a safe and comfortable place to work for the team.
You will:
Fleet Management Support:
Maintain the Ford Fleet Pro database by adding and removing users and vehicles. Create and update geofence information for Ford Telematics as jobs start and complete. Periodically review the vehicle fleet for needed maintenance and coordinate follow-up with drivers.
Warehouse & Tool Inventory:
Receive and document new tools purchased for the office and field. Perform periodic tool inventory, maintain tool lists, equip new trucks and trailers as directed, and load or unload trucks and trailers with tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
Property Maintenance & Vendor Coordination:
Perform quarterly property inspections with the Owner. Support facilities maintenance activities that may be self-performed or coordinated with vendors, and serve as a point of contact for scheduling service repairs.
Office & Administrative Support:
Perform office and clerical tasks, including scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, filing, supporting special projects, and completing other miscellaneous tasks as delegated.
Safety & Relationship Advocacy:
Promote safety above all other objectives in coordination with TrueNorth team members. Build positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and others involved with the company while modeling professionalism, fairness, integrity, and TrueNorth core values.
Who You Are Organized Facilities Supporter:
High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in an office environment is preferred, with the ability to manage deadlines, details, and multiple priorities.
Detail-Oriented Coordinator:
Strong organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate lists, records, and documentation for tools, vehicles, maintenance items, and general office needs.
Collaborative Communicator:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, maintain a positive attitude, and treat all people with respect. Able to build and maintain positive working relationships across the company.
Self-Motivated Problem Solver:
Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and satisfy internal and external customers. Comfortable working independently while supporting organizational objectives.
Tech-Savvy Professional:
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Ford Fleet Pro, or Ford Telematics is helpful.
Hands-On & Safety-Minded:
Willing and able to assist with facilities, warehouse, tools, equipment, trucks, trailers, and safety-related activities as needed Physical Demands This role involves some hands on work/maintenance (indoors and outdoors), requiring standing, walking, climbing, and occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds.
