Qualifications:

Facilities Technician would have a high school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or associate's degree in a related field preferred and 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Cambia:

Perform Routine Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and lubrication, to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.

Repair and Troubleshoot:

Repair and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

Install and Upgrade:

Install and upgrade equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Maintain Records:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories. Collaborate with

Team:

Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

Follow Safety Protocols:

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.

Stay Up-to-Date:

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, manufacturer recommendations, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance activities. Utah:

The expected hiring range is 23.04 - 31.17 per hour, the full salary range is 21.60 - $35.50 hour. and the bonus target is 5%.
