Job Description

THE POSITION
The Facility Financial Manager position at the Selinsgrove Center offers an exciting chance to lead key financial operations that support the entire Center. This role allows you to guide important budgeting, procurement, and reporting activities that keeps the facility running smoothly. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position focuses on managing financial operations, overseeing key service areas, and ensuring that all fiscal activities support the needs of the facility. As a Facility Financial Manager, you will perform the following duties:
Financial Oversight:
Direct accounting, purchasing, and storeroom functions to support timely and accurate financial operations
Budget Management:
Analyze financial trends and prepare projections to guide spending and resource allocation
Report Preparation:
Compile fiscal reports and reimbursement documents to ensure compliance and maximize funding
Purchasing Approval:
Review purchase orders and audit procurement documents to verify accuracy and fund availability
Special Fund Control:
Monitor and reconcile accounts for special funds to ensure proper accounting and adherence to standards
Cost Analysis:
Develop and review general ledger reports to track expenditures and support informed decision making
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Overtime and travel may be required.
Telework:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Four years of professional or technical budgeting, accounting, purchasing/procurement, disbursement and expenditures, collections or cost reporting experience; and a bachelor's degree in business administration, business education or a related field which included at least fifteen credit hours in accounting; or An equivalent combination of experience and training which included at least fifteen college level credit hours in accounting.
