Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere What We Are Looking For 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or workplace operations, including experience managing a comparable-sized office (500+ employees / 75,000+ square feet). Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Proven track record building facilities programs and processes from scratch, not just maintaining existing ones. Experience managing relationships with building/property management, landlords, and external vendors. Experience designing or managing corporate physical security programs (badge access, visitor management, emergency response). Comfortable partnering directly with Legal on contracts, compliance, and risk. Highly independent and self-directed; able to identify problems and build solutions without significant oversight. Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, executives, and external partners. $125,000 - $165,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
