Autonomy:
You'll take ownership of managing 15-20 healthcare facilities, working with a dedicated team to ensure each site operates efficiently and meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of 15- 20 infusion centers. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage construction projects from inception through completion. Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to healthcare facility regulations. Create and maintain a high-quality experience for patients and staff. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with operational needs. Partner with vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective services. Manage budgets, service contracts, and construction schedules. Monitor projects to ensure they stay within scope and budget while minimizing disruptions to healthcare operations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including Nurse Practitioners, to maintain optimal conditions at all centers. Ensure compliance with stringent safety regulations and standards. Implement maintenance programs to enhance facility safety and operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
3-7 years of experience in healthcare facility management, overseeing new construction projects, renovations, and facility improvements. (outpatient centers, clinics, and hospitals) Strong experience on safety, compliance, and creating patient-centered environments. Experience in overseeing new construction projects, renovations, and facility improvements Proficient in facility management and construction software, including Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and other industry tools relevant to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ability to travel up to 40% of the time across California, Arizona, and other states to ensure consistent facility oversight, quality control, and on-site project management.

The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
