A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree Two years of related experience, including experience in design & construction as a project design or construction managerKnowledge of:
Microsoft Office Professional or similar application Contract process, documents, and preparation Building codes and Accessibility requirements AutoCAD Skilled in: Interpreting architecture and engineering construction documents Project management analysis and design Attention to detail while maintaining time and task management Ability to: Interpret blueprints and related symbols Communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations, and take responsibility for a high level of service Manage large-scale projects requiring the management of multiple responsibilitiesLicenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
Regular physical attendance required Valid Florida drivers license Preferred, but not a must:Education and Experience:
Experience managing small commercial or institutional construction projectsKnowledge of:
Knowledge of State Requirements of Educational Facilities (SREF) Bluebeam construction software REVIT or BIM software Procore Construction Management Software Excel, Google Sheets or similar applicationLicenses, Registration, Certifications, or Special Requirements:
Architectural, Engineering, or Interior Design licenseWork Environment and Physical Demand:
