Jobs › Needham Heights, MA › Remote Facilities Coordinator Insight Global Remote Facilities Coordinator Needham Heights, MA Apply Job Description We are seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee a large portfolio of external service providers and vendors. This role is responsible for vendor relationship management, contract administration, compliance oversight, performance management, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure vendors meet service, safety, compliance, and quality standards while partnering with operations, finance, and leadership to support business objectives.
Compensation:
$17/hr to $23/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.   • Minimum 3+ years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, contract administration, or procurement operations
  • Experience managing a large vendor portfolio (100+ vendors)
  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management (MSAs, service agreements, renewals, amendments)
  • Experience managing vendor compliance including COIs, insurance, licensing, bonding, and risk requirements
  • Experience tracking and managing vendor performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, response times, quality, and billing accuracy
  • Ability to investigate and resolve vendor escalations, compliance issues, and operational challenges
  • Experience partnering with operations, finance, AP, and compliance teams Strong negotiation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in facilities management, construction, maintenance, field services, or service operations
  • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS), contract management software, ERP, or compliance platforms
  • Knowledge of safety programs, audits, regulatory compliance, and vendor risk management
  • Experience supporting rate negotiations, spend analysis, cost reduction, rebates, or supplier optimization initiatives
