Senior Facilities Manager (Evergreen)

What this job involves: As a Senior Facilities Manager (Evergreen) supporting our pharmaceutical client, you'll oversee the comprehensive facilities management operations across both GMP-compliant and non-GMP environments. This role demands a strategic leader who can ensure operational excellence while maintaining the stringent regulatory standards critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing. You'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of complex facilities infrastructure, including HVAC systems, clean rooms, utilities, and building automation systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and facilities strategies that support production continuity, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement Oversee daily operations of GMP and non-GMP facilities, ensuring all systems meet pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements including FDA, EMA, and other applicable guidelines Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for critical utilities such as HVAC, clean rooms, compressed air systems, purified water systems, and building automation systems Coordinate and oversee capital improvement projects, working with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with GMP standards Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify risks, ensure compliance, and drive corrective actions when needed Serve as the primary liaison between JLL and the pharmaceutical client, building strong relationships and ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing detailed financial reporting Lead emergency response efforts and business continuity planning to minimize ...For full information see follow application link.
