Background requirements:

Experience in the corrugate industry, particularly in a facility specializing in converting paper into boxes. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, mechanical systems, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Maintenance Manager to lead department goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Supervise department inventories and budgeting to ensure needs are met and stay within established thresholds. Train and develop personnel to enhance standards in safety, machinery operation, and plant downtime. Assist the Maintenance Manager with operational tasks such as scheduling, shift meetings, and goal management.
