The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and safety of our office and warehouse spaces. This role requires hands-on maintenance of facilities equipment, regular cleaning routines, and groundskeeping to promote a safe and productive environment for all staff. Duties Perform routine maintenance on facilities equipment to ensure optimal operation. Maintain cleanliness of the office by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other cleaning tasks at least twice per week. Clean all drying equipment stored and shelved in the warehouse regularly. Keep the warehouse neat and organized, including sweeping the floors at least once a week. Maintain grounds for safety by performing weed eating as needed and addressing any hazards promptly. Support general facility upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for employees and visitors. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred. Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance procedures. Physical ability to perform groundskeeping activities such as weed eating and sweeping. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Commitment to maintaining a safe environment for all facility users.
