MOJO Family of Brands seeks a Facilities & CapEx Coordinator to support our growing express car wash network. You will coordinate facility repairs, vendor work, and preventive maintenance across multiple sites, track capital projects and budgets, and help plan upgrades to wash tunnels, equipment, and site infrastructure. Partnering with operations leaders, you'll prioritize work orders, maintain asset and warranty records, schedule contractors, and ensure safety and uptime. Responsibilities Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and work orders across multiple car wash sites Track and report on capital projects, budgets, and timelines Source, schedule, and manage vendors and contractors for facility and equipment work Maintain asset inventories, warranties, and service records Support planning and execution of equipment upgrades and site improvements Monitor facility conditions and prioritize issues with operations leadership Ensure work complies with safety, brand, and quality standards Prepare basic cost estimates, purchase requests, and status reports Assist with rollout of new maintenance processes, tools, or systems Regularly visit sites to verify work completion and facility readiness Required Skills Facilities coordination Capital expenditure planning Budget tracking Vendor management Work order systems (CMMS) Preventive maintenance scheduling Basic mechanical/electrical understanding Project coordination Data tracking and reporting MS Excel and office software
