Focus Workforce Management is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for Production Associate positions in our Greenfield, TN location. As a Production Associate, you will be tasked with assembling and fabricating products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Mechanical knowledge is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities Include:

Assemble and fabricate products according to specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks Read, comprehend, and follow work instructions to build quality products Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Inspect finished products for quality assurance Participate on high performing team for continuous improvement in work cell Perform basic tooling changes on machinery and equipment as needed Abide by all safety regulations Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment Ability to perform basic math Basic mechanical knowledge is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
