Schedule:
Must be able to work evenings and weekends; schedule flexibility required Job Purpose The Parking Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a Fast Park parking facility to ensure efficient operations, excellent customer service, and a safe, well-organized environment. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with parking procedures, directions, questions, and issue resolution Manage traffic flow within the parking facility to maximize space utilization and minimize congestion Supervise parking attendants, including training, scheduling support, and performance feedback Monitor facility security and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Enforce parking regulations and company policies, issuing warnings or citations when necessary Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and reconciliation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including light cleaning and reporting maintenance needs Assist with shuttle operations to ensure timely and efficient customer transportation Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer complaints Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers Complete daily reports and administrative tasks as required Adhere to all safety policies and promote a safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned by management Employee Benefits Medical coverage (PPO or HDHP options) Dental Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Basic Life / AD&D Supplemental Life / AD&D Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off (PTO)
Holiday Pay Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a parking or hospitality environment. Experience handling cash and credit card transactions. Experience with basic computer operations, including data entry and report generation.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and tact. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines. Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Basic math skills. Ability to operate parking-related equipment (e.g., ticket dispensers, gates). Ability to read and interpret maps and directions. Ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (may be required depending on specific job duties). Ability to understand and follow safety regulations.
